Booking Your Appointment
Step 1: Check out all the services we offer and once you have an idea of what you would like, fill out the “contact us” section under high school events/dances. Fill out all the info and send it to us.
Step 2: Wait for a confirmation email from us on how much your services will be.
Step 3: Once you get a confirmation email about booking your appointment for your event/dance, then go into our shopping cart (Paypal, you don’t have to have an account with them to pay for service or product) and fill in the info for services with the total amount due for the appointment, tip not included. You may pay ½ as a deposit, however it is non-refundable and you are responsible for the rest of the payment a week before the event/dance.
Step 4: Once we get the confirmation from paypal, we’ll send you a confirmation email that your appointment is reserved. Our confirmation email will also have a parental permission slip with it and you will need to bring this permission slip and the confirmation email with you to your appointment.
Step 5: At your appointment, the stylist/artist will need to staple your confirmation and permission slip to your client card to verify the service is paid.
Common Questions:
Can I add services the day of the appointment?
If time permits…Yes, call or email us, and we will give you further details, you may be asked to pay for the newly added service on paypal and bring your print out to your appointment.
Can I have fake eyelashes?
Yes, (not extensions, but strip lashes) they are complimentary with a makeup application.
Can I airbrush anything else besides my face, like my back or arms?
Yes, there is an extra charge. The airbrush makeup looks great and will not rub off on clothing or anyone else, so go for it!
Will you still come to my house if I have an appointment for myself or less than 4 people over?
Yes, however you may not be eligible to get a free service for hosting a party at your house.
How early can I book an appointment?
As early as you want! The earlier the better…you get a better price if you book up to 3 weeks before the dance/event!
How late can I book an appointment?
Up to that day, IF we have an entourage available and time will allow, appointments book up fast, but you won’t get the $10 early booking discount!
How late can I book an extra service?
You can add a service if time will allow for it, call or email to confirm that, and you will need another print out (from paypal) for the new service.
How late can an extra friend book a service to be in on our party?
You can add a friend, again…if the time will allow for it, but that friend will need confirmation printout as well to receive the services.
How should I come to my appointment?
It’s best to wear a button up or zip up shirt so that you don’t mess up that fine “do” or makeup.
Hair
If receiving hair services, come with clean and already dry hair, if you want sleek curls, and you flat iron your hair, you may want to already have that done, so that when we curl your hair it is less frizzy. If you have natural curls, and want a more “naturally curly” up do, then come with it dry, but with your curls ready to be perfected and put into a style.
Makeup
For makeup applications, moisturize at least 10-15 minutes before your makeup is to be applied and make sure ALL makeup residue is off your face, and eyes. It is not smart to have us tell you not all your mascara is off and to have you rubbing your eyes close to when you are getting your makeup done, you may make your eyes irritated and puffy…so just make sure all makeup is off!
Do I need to bring anything of mine? …makeup or hair stuff…
Other than a lipstick you want to reapply all evening…No, not unless you have that favorite product you want us to use, or a special thing you want put into your hair. |
