From hairstyles that are all down, all up, or somewhere in between, “The WoW Factor” styles are secure and long lasting.  We have a method to our madness…not just randomly pinning up your hair, but securing each section so you can dance the night away looking picture perfect!

Airbrush makeup

Airbrush makeup is custom blended to even out your skin tone.  This custom blend can even out rosatia and imperfections or can be applied light enough to leave that signature freckle.  Airbrush makeup is lightweight, and won’t leave you felling “cakey”.  Your look will be natural and flawless all night long!  Airbrush makeup can last up to 14 hours, is water-resistant, but can be removed with your normal face wash.  Don’t worry about powder, simply use a tissue to blot your face to revive that matte finish.  It will not come off on clothing, like normal makeup does. So go ahead….enjoy yourself!

Trial appointments may be scheduled anytime, however we suggest 4-8 weeks before your wedding.  A paid trial run is required, unless prior arrangements are made.

Trial Hair - $100+
Classic up do’s, long ringlets, or whatever hairstyle you desire for your wedding.  The day of the trial run, trial includes several styles until you find the one you like.  

Trial for Airbrush Makeup - $125+
Flawless, lightweight, 14 hour wear, no powder needed with a matte finish.  Light to full coverage, custom blended makeup! 

Body Airbrushing - $50+
Depending on how much is covered

Spray Tanning - $150+
Using the finest products in the industry, we come to you!  Spray on tan, keeping the harmful rays away from your skin.  This process takes 20-30 minutes and lasts at least 7-10 days.  Buy a group of tan sessions and receive a reduced rate!

Free groom “clean up” service included with bride and bridal party booking!  We will send a stylist to make sure the groom‘s hairline and any facial hair is trimmed and looking great for your special day!  (restrictions apply, call for details)

We do not have early morning fees!

Strip eyelashes are complimentary with makeup applications.

An additional parking fee may be added depending on locations.

We do not offer discounts for big parties, however large parties will receive makeup touch–up kits!

Booking

Booking your trial appointment
“The WoW Factor” starts you off right, with a full consultation.  We will go over everything to make sure you are comfortable and have the ultimate “once- in- a- lifetime” experience. 

To help with communication, bring pictures of how you would envision your hair and makeup for your wedding.  When deciding on a hairstyle, we can pick a look that will work for your hair type, your dress and style of wedding to avoid those “almost perfect” pictures.  For example, if your wedding is on the beach, wind is definitely a factor.  Wearing your hair down, you chance it blowing in your face.  If your hair has a lot of short layers, you may want to stay away from something that is smooth, sleek and slicked back. These are things to think about before you decide on your perfect style.

Please bring your veil and any hairpieces that we will need to work with, to the trial run.  Your trial includes several styles until you find the one you like. Therefore, the trial appointment amount is non-refundable. 

Call or e-mail us to make an appointment.  We suggest planning your trial run on a day that you have engagement pictures, a shower, or some other special event, so that you can enjoy your look!  We will even style your hair differently so that your fiancé doesn’t see your wedding day look!

Booking your Wedding Appointment
When setting the time for your wedding day appointment, you will need to take into consideration your pictures.  Most brides take some pictures 2 hours before the wedding.  When scheduling we will leave time for you to eat, and change into your dress, etc.  We also like to leave a little bit of room at the end of your appointment to avoid any delays, and to make sure everyone is ready.

In order to accommodate your wedding party, please let us know, no more than 30 days after your trial run how many of your brides-maids or family appointments we will have the day of your wedding.  The sooner we know the better we can accommodate everyone. 

Holiday Weddings
Holidays are tricky getting to and from your location, with traffic and hotel check in, therefore we charge an extra 50% to the total booking service.  If you are having a wedding on a holiday weekend, check with us to see what dates apply.

The Day of Your Wedding
Please come to your appointment with your hair dry and washed the night before (unless you have been told otherwise from your stylist). If you are just getting your hair blown dry, come to your appointment with freshly washed hair. However, up dos look and stay in place longer if the hair is slightly dirty.  Talk to your stylist if you have any questions.
 
Please let all of your bridal party know that they need to come to their appointment with dry hair, washed the night before.  If you or anyone in your bridal party is receiving makeup services, they need to come to their appointment with a clean face (especially no mascara residue around the eyes) and face moisturized at lease 10 minutes before their appointment. Try not to rub around the eye area too soon to the appointment to avoid puffiness.
Don’t forget to get plenty of water and to plan to at least have some small snacks before your pictures and your big day gets started.

Cancellations
Your non refundable deposit is 1/2 of the total amount of services.  The non-refundable deposit is due 14 days after the trial run (50%of the total services) and all appointments are reserved. 30 days before the wedding the remainder of your fee is due.
 
If you have a change or cancellation, you have up to 30 days before the wedding to change or cancel an appointment without being charged the full amount (the deposit is non refundable up to 30 days before the wedding).

Thirty days before the wedding, all monies are due and non-refundable. At this point all appointments are locked in.  If you have anyone in your bridal party or family that changes their mind about an appointment make sure and call it in after your trial run, before the 14 days are up, or those services will be charged accordingly.

If you would like to add appointments after 14 days you can check and see if it can be scheduled and/or if extra stylists are available. We will make every effort to accommodate you.

Holding Your Date
A credit card number and deposit of 50% of the services, is due to hold your date. Fill out our bridal appointment form with all your information about your day and we will get this process going.

Payment
It's not fun to discuss money on the day of your wedding.  Therefore, the remainder of the payment is due 30 days before the wedding.  The bride or whomever is paying for the service is responsible for the whole deposit and or remainder amount due.  We cannot have all the bridesmaids/ family paying individually.  If we have had time to do an additional service the day of the wedding, please pay in cash.  Any services added the day of the wedding, that are not paid for, will automatically be charged on your credit card (if not paid in cash).   

Changing your Date
There is a $100 charge for every changed date and/or time.  You can change your date/time, however, we cannot guarantee that the stylists/makeup artist (that you had for your trial run) will be available.  We will make every effort to try and get your primary or secondary stylist/makeup artist for the date/time you have changed. However, if that is not possible, we suggest another trial run in order for the work to be exactly what you want.  We cannot waive the second trial run fee.  If the date/time is changed, and you decide to not do a second trial run, and neither stylist is available, you are waiving your right to be 100% satisfied.  You understand that you need to allow more time for each service, have as many pictures of your choice of styles and/or makeup as possible, and that you cannot be refunded for any services.  “The WoW Factor!” is not responsible for the outcome of your wedding day hair and/or makeup, or any other services. We will however try out best to be accommodating.
